Once a market-savvy Wall Street tycoon, and Mexican poolboy all in one year, GNate serves as lone bassist in Superstache. In fact, GNate once toured on the pro bass fishing circuit. But after breaking one too many strings going after a ten pounder, he decided on keeping his frets closer to the stage. GNate has also been known to hold several side jobs including a test market for “positive thinking,” and a weekend men’s retreat specializing in ritual killings. Despite all of his training and perseverance, GNate still manages to maintain a steady “sub-par” level pertaining to his performance and fretwork, but only when the moon is in proper phase and voices are quiet in his head.
It’s been said, that once while walking through the desert, GNate was so thirsty that he decided to build a bar right there off the main road in the sand. And when he was done drinking, he burned the bar down only, to mutter as he was continuing on his journey, “Leave things like you found them!”
Finally, as a side note, GNate is also co-founder of the Bass Pro Shop franchise idea as a place specializing in basses, but when the fishing people caught wind of this, they had to buy it from him and make it a bait shop…It has never been the same since. |
